CAN T UPDATE INTERNET EXPLORER UPGRADE
It seems like it can't upgrade but doesn't know why. I have gone through the MS troubleshooting, IE11 prerequisite KB and just installing from the MS download IE11 site. The update has appeared and failed in Windows Update a number of times now. Now I have had unchecked to for quite a long time to upgrade to IE11. For the longest time I have had the Install new versions automatically button checked.
